"My dog seems to be doing better on this food"
I started using Oma’s Pride for my older dog a while back, maybe around late spring or early summer, I can’t remember exactly. His coat definitely looks nicer and he doesn’t seem to be itching as much as he used to. His stomach also seems more settled, and we haven’t had as many of those weird poop issues. Shipping has been fine overall, though I do wish it was a little quicker sometimes. But i’m happy with it and plan to keep ordering for now

"Arrived cold, just a slightly beat-up box"
My order showed up nice and cold, and overall it was packed well. The outer box had a small dent on one side, maybe it got knocked around a bit during delivery, but I’m just guessing. Nothing inside was damaged and the ice packs were still solid. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the box had looked a little cleaner when it arrived

I really appreciate that Oma’s Pride makes the ingredients super easy to see. I’m not clicking around forever or trying to figure out what’s actually in my dog’s food.
My dog has a sensitive stomach, so clear ingredient lists are a big deal for me. It just makes ordering feel way less stressful when everything is simple and upfront.
It’s not trying to be fancy or overdone, just clear info, and I like that. Feels like they’re not hiding anything, which gives me a lot more confidence. 5 stars from me.

"I usually find what I’m looking for"
I’ve had a good experience overall. They’ve got a nice variety of stuff, and most of the time what I need is actually in stock, which is all I’m hoping for when I shop there.

"Shows up right when I expect it"
I’ve ordered a few times now, maybe since last spring or summer, and the shipping has always arrived right on time. I don’t think I’ve had any issues with delivery at all, which is always nice.

"Good value, and I didn’t feel fooled"
I’m always a little worried about getting tricked by a low price, but this turned out well. The prices feel fair, and the quality is good enough for what we need. Overall, I’m happy with it for the cost.

"Good support, just kinda slow"
